Valeria Amirova

Montreal Based Artist

Valeria is a hair and makeup artist, originally from Kazakhstan, currently based in Montreal. Immediately after completing her hair stylist degree at the International Academy of Hairdressing Gandini in 2009, she relocated to London, UK to assist Anna Wintour’s hair stylist; Charlie Chan. After moving back to Montreal in 2010, Valeria was selected as a finalist for the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) as the new comer of the year.

Shortly thereafter, Valeria became increasingly involved in the fashion industry. She is known for her dedication, sense of style and impeccable work. For the past 3 years Valeria worked on several hair teams in New York, Milan and Paris for fashion weeks and Haute Couture.
